I have WinXP in VirtualBox and I have real PC with WinXP. - It was the same one which leileilol mentioned earlier in this thread. Windows 95 now works, FPU emulation, and load of other stuff. On Creative website there is NT 4.0 the newest SB16/AWE32 driver. Yes via 3rd-party drivers, but don't expect Direct3D support for V2 on NT-based OSes.
