Ontrac is a poor service. THIS IS DANGEROUS!!!!!! Items have been arriving on time and undamaged. But after the last incident, I asked my shipper to stop using OnTrac, and the shipper has agreed.

I paid extra for overnight shipping yet my package is no where to be seen. . Why?

Yesterday the door fell down. Twice I have officially complained to the company that time sensitive and express paid items have not been delivered on time.

I explained what happened, and she said that the package couldn't be delivered because there was no apartment number. I’m currently on a 95 minute wait in call to find out about my package. I used to be annoyed when Amazon used this service because Ontrac wouldn't deliver on time. They had perishable food on their truck all day which never got delivered and there is no guarantee or clear communication on what will happen with this food overnight to ensure it's stored properly. In the end, I got a free $15 gift code via email from Staples for all the trouble that I went through, and delivery on 10/26 instead of 10/27 (or most likely much later) from OnTrac. Now all of a sudden I see a "NOT HOME ON DELIVERY ATTEMPT" message. a. Both times it was from the Fremont center. She just wanted to confirm that I got my package. And 9 out of 10 times it didn't go well. But they didn't even ask for a signature, so I never had to ask someone to stay home to pick it up at all. I ordered an item from Amazon on the 3rd with guaranteed delivery by the 6th.

I'd love it if these guys didn't deliver my packages anymore. The worst is the completely fictional record keeping-- when I tracked packages it said they had attempted delivery (nope, I was home) and that they had left a tag on the door (no tag). It never arrived. Terrible customer service and no delivery as promised. Sure, Amazon gives me a refund, but for what? So you would think that the company must pride itself on being on track in order for it to be in business this long, right?

I don't believe the package was delivered at all. The driver came down to deliver something and I was on my way down to see if the leasing office had it per my dispute email resolution I got last night. Find my freak'n packages you thieves!!
