I'm assuming an icecube must have got jammed, and upon rotating to dump ice, force the tray right out. To suggest that the water inlet water valve may be the culprit is somewhat spurious because then wouldn't the Water not dispense as well? Opened the freezer, and the ice cube tray looked stuck in an almost upside down position, and kind of lopsided. The problem I had was the valve that comes with the puncturing feature that didn’t let the water run at full pressure.
