You were during church planting and multiplying before the rest of us even knew how to plant a single church. And it kind of came to head one Monday afternoon in July and she said, “I just need to get outside of the house.

And so, I never really had an in-depth conversation with Steve about that.

I would say to my kids that, “God’s going to bless us and we’re going to have a great life.” Psalms 27:13 says I would have despaired if I didn’t believe I would see the goodness of the Lord once again in my lifetime. All that matters is that when she came forward to pick up this piece of bread and dip it into this cup, that she was fully aware and conscious of what this means and what this represents and what Jesus Christ has done for her.” And if she missed everything else, every other time she’s been in church, that’s okay.
