The screens are loose so that bugs get in, and all they do to fix it is duct tape the cracks. Holes in the walls, ceilings, and floors; the toilet barely flushes, the shower doesn't drain, and half the light switches don't work; the fridge keeps breaking and they don't respond quickly so we have to throw food away. Contrary to some of the other posts on here, Kara, Sergei, and Alex have been great to interact with, and have been more than accommodating with any needs or problems that arose.
