My G602 gaming mouse freezes and locks up constantly since updating. I’m having this exact same problem but my batteries were good I just tried to update the drivers and it started doing it. We love getting feedback and hearing about your experiences with your products.

You can get a new one for around $30-$35 nowadays. I purchased a second hand one without a receiver, same problem.

I have tried different Logitech mouses and it is the same problem. I have never banged or dropped it. report. I've installed Logitech Re-Connect Software and it can't connect. This has never happened before and the mouse was fine before. I have never had any issues with compatibility until upgrading to Windows 10. Uninstall Logitech drive and see if the mouse works without Logitech driver, if it does, it will be a generic driver, does the problem go away? Check USB port you are using 3.1, 3.0 2.0 ? I have always used Logitech gaming software and their devices (mouse and gamepad). G602 sticks by you through game after game with up to 250 hours of power in Performance mode.
