Thank you Jordan. There's no customer service. Seller took my money, didn't send shoes. The seller tried to play dumb and said he would refund me once I returned it.... but after I shipped it back he completely ghosted on me. I have the item and all the emails as backup for my case. BBB remains operational and focused on serving our business community.
Grailed User expresses that this has created a culture of resellers buying “whatever they can get their hands on in hopes of making some bucks”—which results in a 5-30 second sell out time on Supreme flops that only end up making the seller $15-20 after fees. They are a company that sells fakes and then uses a complicated system of hiding the purchase. I am blown away by the level of customer service offered by the Grailed team. To high fees imo. Great customer service, received my money back after not received item I purchased. I've found a lot of good deals here and will continue to use it into the future! Just sold 2 items so far, 79 likes on one item for example, but no request. I had no problem paying for the shipping to send it back, and the shipping to get my new sweatshirt. I purchased something that came not as described.

In the rare case where something does go wrong, all transactions conducted through Grailed are eligible for PayPal Buyer and Seller Protection.. It's hit or miss. Seller was extremely sketchy and I saw pictures and videos online after making my purchase that made me believe the necklace was fake. Had an issue where I received an unauthentic item and PayPal did not want to cover getting me my money back as it was over the 180 days that they give protection for. They want to have a prove younhave item in hands, but, first they dont mention before, second, which is worse, even if you upload a picture with item and a piece of paper with your username,still deleted....#nogo Wont use again, cause you have to choose and mention a lot of details to describe your item (takes like 10 minutes to create an offer), and then they might just delete it and ask you to create a new offer to your item., Grailed has always been one of my favorite platforms for buying hype clothes and jewelry, I have begun to sell some of my fire kicks through them as well, and they helped me immediately when I had an issue with a buyer, they’re quick with support and my go-to platform if I need something rare or want to pass on some of my own collection.
