As I'm sure you can appreciate, we have had to introduce capacity restrictions in our entertainment venues and leisure facilities to allow for social distancing to keep our guests and staff safe which will always be our main priority. Our Granddaughter slipped and fell, and was covered from head to toe with mud. COVID booking system - AMAZING! The Clubhouse was nice, with COVID restrictions adhered to. We stayed in a deluxe pet friendly caravan and it was really clean, spacious and plenty of crockery and utensils. A 3 bedroom caravan for hire situated on Devon Cliffs, Exmouth. I tried to call reception but I was being hung up on, or the line was engaged when i tried to call. Caravan we got given was not particularly clean which was a shame. All of this is totally within Havens control and allowing this total disregard for the rules during this time is shocking. We didn’t mind, we just wanted to sit and chill… The children enjoyed that their sandwiches were served on a Frisbee they could take home.
